If you are struggling, feeling frustrated and confused because the things that you used to do to look and feel good are no longer working. If you feel as if your body is fighting you, feeling fatigue, brain fog, mood swings and you just do not understand your body anymore! Then this course is for you. I created “Midlife Madness: Nutrition & Training for the Prime of Life,” to help women understand and navigate the physical and hormonal changes that occur during midlife (peri-menopause through post-menopause). I will explain how shifting hormones—particularly estrogen and progesterone—impact key areas of health, including metabolism, body composition, muscle mass, bone density, cardiovascular health, mood, and brain function. Common symptoms such as fatigue, weight gain, sleep issues, and mood changes are highlighted, helping women recognize what’s happening in their bodies. Above all else I will provide you a practical, science-based roadmap to improve health and performance during this stage of life. I take a holistic approach that includes nutrition, strength training, daily movement, sleep, stress management, and targeted supplementation to reduce symptoms, preserve muscle, support metabolism, and enhance overall well-being. Overall, at the end of this course my goal is to empower women to take control of their health so they can feel strong, energized, and confident throughout midlife, not limited by it.
