I will take the information discussed during the "Get to Know You Session" as well as your unique goals, current lifestyle, stage of life, gender and activity level to come up with strategies to be the best version of you! The only difference between this package and the Genetic-based packages is the 3x4 genetics test and the review of the genetic test, the rest of the package is the same. This package also includes a review of any previous labs you may have and a 3-day Food Journal Review.

60-90 minute session

In this session we will discuss detailed Nutrition & Lifestyle Strategies tailored towards your unique goals, current lifestyle, stage of life, gender & activity level.

30-60 min Follow Up Session

This session typically occurs 4-6 weeks after the Nutrition & Lifestyle Strategies Session and is time for us to discuss any questions, progress and come up with plans for any potential stumbling blocks.

Nutrition & Lifestyle Strategies Report

This report is a compilation created from your unique goals, current lifestyle, stage of life, gender and activity.

I take all this information including our discussion during our "Get to Know You Session" and form a unique set of Nutrition & Lifestyle Strategies tailored towards you to create a personalized map to discover your ultimate heath, wellness, longevity and performance potential. This will reviewed in detail during our "Nutrition & Lifestyle Strategies" Session.
