Genetics Based Package
This package is for you if you are ready to take the leap with a genetic test ($349 value) to work with your strengths and support your weaknesses to be the best version of yourself you can be! Take a simple to use genetic test that provides us with one of the most comprehensive and detailed reports available with deep insights into how to live longer, healthier and reach your goals in the most effective and efficient way. During our "Get to know you" session we will discuss your goals which will help us determine which sections of the advanced genetic report to focus on. If you have had any labs done that you would like reviewed or would like a review of a 3 day Food Journal, those are included at this point. Next we will meet for a 60-90 minute session to review the genetic test results. At that point, we will narrow down to 1-3 areas to focus on during our 3rd session. In this 60-90 min session, I will use that genetic data in correlation with your current lifestyle, stage of life, gender, activity level and your goals to come up with a YOUnique personalized plan just for you!
