About Me

My name is Kyndra Hamblin, I am a registered dietitian nutritionist, a certified personal trainer, a certified women's health specialist and hold a certificate in culinary genomics. With over 25 years of experience, I created Decoding Nutrition Answers to help people achieve their unique potential and reach their goals. Proper nutrition and lifestyle guidance based on your own individual genetics, gender, stage of life, current lifestyle, activity level, and your unique goals along with health history help create personalized nutrition and lifestyle strategies that get results.

After years of consulting, I realized that a "one size fits all" approach does not work for everyone.  Once I discovered nutrigenomics, which is the way individual genetics can be influenced by nutrition and lifestyle practices to unlock unique health, wellness, longevity and performance potential, I knew I had to create Decoding Nutrition Answers to provide this unique way of helping people.  Once I take a peek at your individual genetics and dissect symptoms, concerns and goals; I get a personalized map that tells us where we need to concentrate our efforts to get lasting results.  I focus on your strengths and support your weaknesses.

As an avid exerciser for both its physical and mental health benefits, I enjoy combining my love of training with nutrition to help people reach their performance goals. I, myself have competed in marathons, 1/2 marathons, 10Ks and 5Ks.  After doing those races for years, I branched off into obstacle races, such as Tough Mudder, Rugged Maniac and Warrior Dash. Most recently I  have competed in Deka Fit competitions and am enjoying the added strength training element it entails.

At Decoding Nutrition Answers, we focus on health and wellness potential, not disease.  Progress, not perfection. We hope that you join us on this journey to unlock your true heath, wellness and performance potential.
